I like slide 27 “Implementation – best practices (2) • Give control only to educated power users • They are content owner • It is their responsibility • They should define structure • You define rules • Automate”. The emphasis on “educated” is important. You can’t hold someone accountable for maintaining a site if they don’t know how.
